Piccolo-Ristorante in Aachen

we were here twice in a row. on the one hand because of the excellent food and the very nice and entertaining conversation with the restaurateur and his cooking mother. a special highlight was the pasta with the truffles - with the explanation why truffles taste different without truffle oil than with them. just more authentic - just like the two evenings. we will be back!

find the place up-to-date for all events irrelevant whether with a husband, acquaintance or clan; I think my partner and I have long since ordered the entire menu up and down. The meal was delivered very quickly. The waiter was quick, neat and friendly. I haven't been so fascinated by an inn for a long time.

The inn is really very aesthetically furnished. No cheap decoration, instead the colors were very nicely matched to each other. From our point of view, a meeting in the pub is completely recommendable. The restaurant blew us away pretty much all along the line. Good value for money. Promter and friendly service. I think that the entire restaurant staff did a very good job there.

Go there regularly. Extremely delicious food, impeccable service! Always very friendly and competent service.

Small but nice

This restaurant is a real asset to Aachen. The quality of the products is great and the service is really very good. It is a great experience to eat there, because the hosts exude an incredible warmth and warmth. It's not too polite and pushy but simply familiar and nice. Has been here several times in recent years. I would actually like to award one more star. But the restaurant is getting old for me. Was here with a small group, but none of the dishes really sparked. But it was still a nice evening.

Delicious Italian food, prepared with attention to detail, a small and fine selection of wines and a very personable team that offers great all-round service from the start. Unusual wishes outside the menu are not a problem here, whether you come here as a meat lover or vegan. The Piccolo is a great family business with a pleasant atmosphere, because I love to visit and can only recommend it. You should definitely try the special dessert from the Chef de Cuisine: the pistachio parfait! Simply delicious!

Had a wonderful evening with very good food on December 21st. We wanted to share the starter together, so the host had prepared an extra scallop. Also between the courses through tasteful pleasures of the house and the dessert, zabaglione with warm raspberries was divine. Above all, the discretion and the impeccable feeling that you sometimes have to keep a little distance as a host when we had an emotional moment in the evening, I find very great and not self-evident. When we are back in Aachen we will definitely go back.

Everything is prepared here with a lot of love. The service is fast and courteous. This is really one of the best Italians in Aachen. ?
